Open Question: Can I plan a holiday to Sydney with my son without his fathers agreement?

I want to go to Sydney for a week with my son in the Easter hols next year, thing is I don't know if my ex can stop me by disagreeing after giving him opportunity to do so before I book the holiday. I have asked him if the dates are ok, if he has made any plans already that would be interrupted, I organized it fairly (half of the holidays so he can have the other half) but he hasn't answered me at all and keeps putting me off I want to book the tickets ect. so do I need his agreement? can I just tell him this is my plan? is there any way he can stop me after I have booked the tickets? I think Ive done the right thing by considering him in the plans. Our parenting orders don't cover this except to say we are to have equal share of holidays. What should I do legally?... Read More »
